Requirements:

• 1 passport photo (available on the day for 6 euro)
• PPS No, also confirmation of PPS number
• valid ID (for example passport, driving license)
• good level of Romanian language
• candidate must be at least 16 years of age
• Non refundable deposit paid 24h from the date of booking
• All participants of Safe Pass course must arrive at 7:30 am sharp. Delegates who arrive late will not be permitted to complete the course

Pre-payment is not refundable and it’s not exchangeable for another date.
Pre-payment will not be refunded in case:

• if the participant doesn’t have a valid PPS no
• if the participant is late more than 15 min for the course
• if the participant doesn’t have a sufficient level of English
• No fee returned to the client in the event that client does not attend on day of training and has not notified the service provider

All registration forms will be submitted to Solas within 24 hours. The delegate will be issued with a Safe Pass card by SOLAS in due course; assuming all information provided via the candidate application form is valid.

Safe Pass is valid for 4 years.

Additional Information for NON-IRISH based clients

Non-Irish Nationals, working on a main contract in the Republic of Ireland and employed by a subcontracting company, must provide additional documentation in order to apply for a the course. For contract employees who don't have PPS numbers it is possible to make an application for temporary process numbers which will allow them to participate in the course. The employer must be a non-Irish company and the contractor for whom employees perform work needs to be an Irish company (registered for Tax in Ireland).For these non-Irish PPSN holders the following documents are requested.

1. Headed Letter
We require the following details from the company on a Headed Letter:

• Person who is attending the course
• Employer
• Site Address
• Company working for
• Contact Details

2. Excel Sheet

• will be provided by training provider upon request

Those details MUST be submitted prior the course.
